产品作用原理mechanism:
一、6-氨基-1,3-二甲基尿嘧啶(简称DMAU)作用原理:
熔点高达290℃以上,200℃加热减量<1%,本身特性能够适应PVC生产过程。?DMAU能吸收PVC生产过程
中产生的HCl,还能取代不稳定的Cl原子。与ZnSt2共同使用时,?DMAU能与ZnCl2发生反应,生成金属络合
物,使ZnCl2失去活性,能防止“锌烧”,大大增强PVC样品的长期稳定性;DMAU中主要基团尿嘧啶是人体
必需的四种核苷酸之一,对人体安全无害;DMAU因此被认为是高效且安全的热稳定剂;
